I started working in Real Estate in the year 2000 andsince then I have adapted to and walked my clients through a myriad of changes and market conditions. I’ve represented buyers and sellers in hundreds of transactions all over the Westside of Los Angeles including single-family homes, condos, income properties, new construction, teardowns and raw land. I have worked extensively with builders on ground-up construction, and I regularly parlay the knowledge it has given me to my residential clients. I have relationships with an excellent network of professionals who help me prepare homes to sell and purchase.
My particular areas of focus include Baldwin Hills, Ladera Heights, View Park, Leimert Park, Culver City, Mar Vista and Santa Monica. These neighborhoods are the hottest spots in town in terms of sales volume and creative energy. It’s exciting and invigorating to work in an area that’s experiencing a profound change and re-birth. I regularly introduce my clients to amazing view properties located in the heart of the city that they never knew existed before. I love seeing the light bulb go off in their heads when they realize what’s possible for them.
Philosophically, it is extremely important to me that my clients feel the freedom to express their truth. Buying or selling a home is a huge, catalytic event in anyone’s life and it only happens is when all parties are absolutely clear on what they need and what will serve them best. Facilitating a process that helps people move their lives forward is the aspect I love best about my job.
I am a native of the New York/New Jersey area and I have lived in Los Angeles since1988. I am married, have two children and we live in the Baldwin Vista pocket of Baldwin Hills. I have navigated the public school system in Los Angeles for my own children and regularly share my extensive knowledge with my clients. I am an active volunteer and contributor at my children’s’ schools and I also volunteer with the National Council for Jewish Women, an organization that provides services and assistance to underserved women and children throughout Los Angeles. On weekends, when I’m not hosting an open house you’ll find me cheering on the sidelines of mykids’ soccer games, in a Pilates class or hiking the trails in Kenneth Hahn State Park.

Erica was born and raised in Los Angeles, graduated from The University of Southern and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management. When she is not selling real estate, she can be found spending time in her View Park home with her husband and three children who keep her very busy on both the soccer and football fields.

Brandon developed his passion for real estate in college at Cal State Dominguez Hills, where he obtained his degree in Business Administration. Shortly after getting a booming start into the industry in a flourishing housing market, Brandon observed many of his friends and family being affected by the swift, harsh blows of the economic and housing crisis. Seeking to help, he diverted his interest and helped develop a nonprofit designed to support, empower and educate distressed homeowners.

Brandon is a doting father of a beautiful daughter. He is a classic car enthusiast and foodie. He has also inspired many friends and colleagues through his highly ambitious personal goal of traveling to 40 countries before the age of 40. Robin Plischke, a native Angelino, grew up in Santa Monica California. A fitness-lover with a true entrepreneurial spirit, Robin founded a successful, client-based training business for eight years. When she decided to transition into real estate she worked as an executive assistant for a principal in a commercial private equity firm that bought and managed apartment/multi-family acquisitions across the U.S. While she learned quite a lot about that world, she felt her local area knowledge, interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial nature would be better suited for residential real estate sales and acquisitions.
In the first year in Real Estate she was mentored by Top Producer Lorin Ruttenberg and assisted as her right hand in 30 successfully closed transactions. Having this in-depth experience with so many unique transactions and clients gave her tremendous practical knowledge about how to run a deal and close escrows smoothly.
Working with some of the best professionals in town, Robin has adopted a support system that will guide new and veteran real estate investors seamlessly through their transactions. Maria leads the AOTCH sales and marketing department, ensuring superior exposure for clients in a wide range of online and print media. She works strategically to identify and execute the best marketing opportunities, and believes in presenting the story of each individual property through exquisite visuals and expressive narratives.
Maria’s diversified background, which includes a graphic design degree from RISD, experience in interior design and project management, and operating her own holistic health business, gives her an edge on establishing balance, clarity, and aesthetic quality in a variety of medias. Before joining AOTCH, she was a marketing coordinator for a luxury real estate team on the East Coast, where she charted a new holistic approach to marketing strategies and was inspired to learn all aspects of the RE world. Maria holds a real estate salesperson license in CA, and brings her expertise of client care coordination, attention to detail and forward thinking to this exciting market with the dynamic Ahead Of The Curve Homes team.
