Lorin Ruttenberg thrives on the real estate industry’s constant movement, and she loves helping her clients navigate the constant growth, momentum, and change that defines Los Angeles.
Licensed since 2001, Lorin has immersed herself in virtually every type of property transaction for hundreds of buyers and sellers throughout the Westside of Los Angeles, including single-family homes, condos, investments, multi-family properties, raw land, teardowns, and ground-up construction. This deep well of experience informs every interaction Lorin has and gives her the foresight to pre-think a deal, positioning her clients ahead of potential problems, rather than being forced into a reactionary position. Lorin is a steady force, walking her clients through industry ups and downs and sharing her wealth of knowledge with a generous dose of humor. She takes her negotiating acumen incredibly seriously, and spending time in role-play in order to continually develop and hone her skills is part of her regular practice. Her excellence has not gone unnoticed, either — Lorin is a founding partner in Ahead of the Curve Homes and ranked in 2020’s REALTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals.
Originally from the New York area, Lorin has lived in Los Angeles since 1988 (though she’s often told that her East Coast vibe still shines through!). She currently lives in Baldwin Hills with her husband and teenage son and has seen her firstborn daughter off to college. Lorin is active in her community, volunteering at her son’s high school, with the Sierra Club, and for environmental causes. She is also a member of the National Council for Jewish Women and contributes to the California League of Conservation Voters.
In her free time, Lorin loves to hit a Pilates class, cook, read novels, attend concerts and theater productions, and travel as much as she can.
Erica Lockhart is a LA native who provides her clients with professional representation and exceptional service. Erica specializes in the sale of residential properties in the communities of View Park, Baldwin Vista, Baldwin Hills, Ladera Heights, Culver City, Mar Vista and other Westside areas. She is recognized for her effective art of negotiating, strong attention to details and solid work ethic. Erica prides herself in not only meeting, but exceeding her clients’ expectations. Her positive nature and outgoing personality make the entire process of buying and selling an effortless experience.
Prior to Real Estate, Erica worked in media and advertising for 9 years. As VP, Account Director at the country’s largest media firm, Erica was instrumental in the strategic direction of major brands such as American Express, Nautilus, The LA Times and Kaiser Permanente. With her strong background in marketing, Erica brings an innovative and highly effective approach to Real Estate.
Erica was born and raised in Los Angeles. She attended Brentwood School and currently serves on the Board of Trustees. She also graduated from the University of Southern California and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, as well as a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management.
When she is not selling real estate, she can be found spending time with her husband and three children who keep her very busy on both the soccer and football fields. She’s also a fitness fanatic who loves pilates, cardio kickboxing and a good dinner party.
Brandon developed his passion for real estate in college at Cal State Dominguez Hills, where he obtained his degree in Business Administration. Shortly after getting a booming start into the industry in a flourishing housing market, Brandon observed many of his friends and family being affected by the swift, harsh blows of the economic and housing crisis. Seeking to help, he diverted his interest and helped develop a nonprofit designed to support, empower and educate distressed homeowners.
He embodies the Ahead of the Curve Homes core values: integrity, hard work, dedication, and persistence. These values are the driving forces that continue to facilitate “win-win” deals for all parties and has made him a valuable asset to the team. His well-rounded personality has enabled him to establish fruitful business relationships with private investors, home builders, bankers, accountants, and community leaders. His commitment to exceptional personal service has served him well in his 10 year Real Estate career.
Brandon is a doting father of a beautiful daughter. He is a classic car enthusiast and foodie. He has also inspired many friends and colleagues through his highly ambitious personal goal of traveling to 40 countries before the age of 40. He looks forward to applying his interests and expertise to help clients achieve their real estate goals.
Marketing and Sales Coordinator
Anna leads the AOTCH sales and marketing department, ensuring superior exposure for clients particularly in the digital space. She uses her considerable expertise to identify the best marketing and PR opportunities for our properties, ensuring they are presented to the most likely prospective buyers.
Anna brings a wealth of experience from the entertainment and sports sectors, most notably LEGOLAND Windsor in the United Kingdom where she drove the marketing strategy and delivery including TV, digital, outdoor and radio advertising campaigns. Anna also has extensive experience in brand management creating identities for world-renowned events including Queens Club tennis tournament in London. Before joining AOTCH, Anna worked at another top producing real estate team in Los Angeles, creating digital, email and print campaigns for a number of luxury properties.
A Santa Monica native, Anna graduated from Yale University with a degree in history before working in London for 10 years. Outside of work, Anna enjoys exploring the city, spending time with her husband and Miniature Schnauzer Jackson, going to exhibitions, and surfing.
Rodney Williams II

Rodney has a welcoming personality and true passion for the day to day operations of real estate. He maintains our AOTCH office with proficiency, innovation, and strategic planning that aligns with our core drive to stay Ahead of the Curve.
He personifies a high level of professionalism exhorting the key essentials of being highly motivated, and personable with all levels of clientele. Before AOTCH, Rodney held the role as Director of Client Care & Office Manager on a top producing team here in Los Angeles, while actively participating in project-based activities around the Los Angeles neighborhood. He’s punctual and tactful, with a talent for grasping new criteria quickly, all while assuring daily tasks are effectively initiated above the call of duty.
He’s family oriented and strives to empower the youth of our society as a youth mentor at a local middle school in Hancock Park, and his non-profit mentoring organization. Outside of real estate, you can find him spending weekends on the beach in Malibu, tap dancing, horseback riding, hiking, and serving at his church near North La Brea.
Rodney believes in the power of synergy, more importantly the positive effect it reveals to reach a place of goal mastering success. He’s an exceptional addition to the AOTCH team.
Robin Plischke, is a native Angelino, growing up and still residing in Santa Monica, California. Now with children attending some of the same schools she had, her scope and understanding for the area, schools and housing opportunities is unparalleled.
After running a small business for 8 years she began her real estate career as project manager for a commercial real estate firm that bought, sold and stabilized a portfolio of over 2,000 apartment/multi-family acquisitions across the U.S. Yet, she always felt her local area knowledge, interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial nature would be better suited for residential real estate. She yearned to have more face to face time with her clients , to help people find their perfect place in the world, a place where families would be created and memories would be made.
Soon she transitioned into a Beverly Hills Residential Brokerage, being mentored by a Top Producer and partnering in over 110 home sales in just 2 short years. 6 years later, this in-depth experience with so many unique transactions and clients has given her tremendous practical knowledge about how to run a deal and close an escrow smoothly.
Each and every transaction is not just a deal to Robin but the creation of an experience and a relationship. At the end of the day, buying and selling a home is an emotional process. Robin’s patience, consistency and tireless enthusiasm guide her clients through the process so that it’s enjoyable and fruitful.
