Baldwin Hills / Baldwin Vista
This neighborhood is truly centrally located with an equal distance to DTLA and the ocean. Located in the Baldwin Hills mountain range, this neighborhood affords spectacular views and as it was developed in the 1950s some of the most interesting Mid Century homes in the city are housed there. The recent addition of the Expo has made getting around town much easier and provides unique access to the city that not many LA neighborhoods enjoy.
View Park
Historically significant View Park is centrally located, has amazing views, and spectacular architecture ranging 1920s Spanish Revival homes to 1950 Mid Century gems.
Leimert Park
Originally developed in the 1920’s by Walter Leimert, Leimert Park is an epicenter of Spanish Colonial Revival architecture. This neighborhood has always been the Africian American cultural center of Los Angeles. The area is rich with history, culture, great art and great food. The recent addition of the Expo line and the incoming Crenshaw line has made getting around town much easier and provides unique access to the city that not many LA neighborhoods enjoy.
Ladera Heights
Adjacent to Culver City and fantastic shopping, Ladera Heights is a hub for Mid Century ranch homes and has a Palm Springs sensibility. The homes here tend to have larger lots and more square footage.
Santa Monica
A destination beach town, Santa Monica is known for its beautiful beaches, coastal culture, excellent school system, premiere restaurants and both local and high end shopping destinations. In Santa Monica, you can find wonderful walkable neighborhoods with quick access to the beach and major commerce hubs.
Culver City

West Adams
